We offer training that is tailored to your needs, with courses and seminars aimed at salon owners, managers, individuals thinking of opening a salon, and those training to manage a salon. We can help you prepare for the biggest step of your career.
We will help you improve team motivation, customer service, salon standards, team building skills and communication. We can help structure your salon to make it easier to run and can have seminars or training with every level of the team in your salon.
Business Seminars
Our business seminars are led by David Campbell who is the founder and director of House of Colour. David has grown the business along with his business partner Susan Byrne into a national brand that has become multi-award-winning both nationally and internationally. All dealings are in the strictest confidence.
Format
A personal two hour consultation meeting with the salon owner to design the best package for the team or individual involved. The aim is to help solve problems, advise, motivate, inspire and bring the best out of any team or individual.
Timescale
Mondays 10am – 4pm, Tuesdays 10am – 4pm, evening seminars which run for 2/3 hours.
Team Seminars
These will help your team become more focussed on winning clients, improving dockets and improving standards. If you want to create a culture of success with a motivated team that stands out from the crowd, our evening team
seminars are designed to motivate at every level.
Manager/Receptionist Training
We can help prepare you to set structures in place to create the perfect salon. Learn to inspire the team on a daily basis, create goals, set targets, problem solve and deal with the day to day running of a business.
Director’s Box
Ideal for salon owners who wish to meet in confidence to discuss their salon or team and any problems they are facing. We will arrange a meet and travel to the salon to go through anything that will help salon owners get their team/salon working as a unit to achieve the common goal.
