We offer a great range of hairdressing and business courses at House of Colour Academy in Jervis Shopping Centre. Our courses are suitable for students who have never done hairdressing before, as well as more experienced hairdressers looking to feel inspired and reinvigorated and refresh their skills.

For new students, current apprentices, or junior stylists wanting to improve, we offer 9- and 12-month courses, all ITEC/VTCT diploma certified. These courses will bring you to the skill level of a 4th-year apprentice. There is also an opportunity for some students to become part of the House of Colour team and continue their career with us.

For more experienced hairdressers, we provide bespoke courses tailored to the individual. Whether it’s cutting, colour, fashion cutting, or simply a refresh, options are available from 1-day sessions up to 12-month programmes.

We can cover any skill you wish to learn under the supervision of our award-winning mentors.

Our courses run from our beautifully equipped Jervis Street academy, or — if you are a salon owner looking for group training — we can come to your salon.
