At our Academy (Dublin): House of Colour Junior Stylist Course – 12 Month ITEC Level 3 Diploma runs Mondays to Wednesdays over 12 months, from 10am to 5pm. House of Colour Junior Stylist Course – 9 Month ITEC Diploma Level 2 runs Mondays to Wednesdays over 9 months, from 10am to 5pm. House of Colour Junior Stylist Course – 6 Month ITEC Diploma Level 3 runs Mondays to Wednesdays over 6 months, from 10am to 5pm. House of Colour Junior Stylist Course, 6 Month ITEC Diploma Level 3 What Will I Learn?
This 6-month City & Guilds Foundation Course is ideal for stylists with 12 months+ experience who have completed their hairdresser training and want to progress at a quicker pace. Work towards your ITEC Diplomas Level 3 and your House of Colour Junior Stylist Diploma. Format Theory and practical work are assessed in house and by external assessors every six weeks. All sections must be completed to receive your final diploma. Theory exams are carried out twice a year and are multiple-choice. Section 1: Assessment of basic skills to include shampooing/consultations/health and safety/colour theory/blow-drying Section 2: Colour correction/partial meche/full head meche/ balayage/creative colour Section 3: Long cuts/bob cuts/short cuts/layered cuts/fashion cuts/basic up styles/creative cutting

This course is ideal for people beginning a hairdressing career, or for stylists who would like to refresh their skills. However, no previous hairdressing experience is necessary. Our 9-month programme is designed for you to reach the highest level of basic hairdressing. It is all you need to give yourself the perfect start to your career. Format Practical and theory work is assessed by in-house and outside assessors every 6 – 8 weeks. All sections must be completed before a student can move forward. Theory exams are carried out twice a year and are multiple choice. Section 1: Shampoo/consultations/health & safety/colour rinsing & toning/salon reception Section 2: Colour application/tinting/T-bar meche/partial meche/full head meche Section 3: Long cuts/ bob cuts/short cuts /layered cuts/fashion cuts/basic up styling

Section 1: Shampoo/consultations/health & safety/colour rinsing & toning Section 2: Colour correction/tinting/T-bar meche/partial meche/full head meche/balayage colour Section 3: Long cuts/bob cuts/short cuts/layered cuts/set, plait and dressing hair.
How much do the courses cost?
House of Colour Level 3 Junior Stylist Course - 12 Month ITEC Diploma is €9900 House of Colour Level 2 Junior Stylist Course - 9 Month ITEC Diploma is €8800. House of Colour Level 3 Junior Stylist Course - 6 Month ITEC Diploma is €6000. All prices are guideline prices and additional costs may apply.
